follower defending issue

I had that issue for long time but didn't wana just drop all the issues at once..
Anyway, when the leader teleport town and the follower stays alone in the map he won't attack the monsters that keeps hiting him when his marked as "attack only the mobs leader attack", so he won't be able teleport to town with the leader, wich cause for other things you can guss.. Not selling items, doesn't roll shards..
I can only suggest an idea to make an option for follower, "kill mobs attacking follower", so he will be able to teleport town aswell and won't try to in loops for ages while he under attack.
