group leveling

First I only have one license.
What I wondering is, can I with this one level 1 leader and 1-3 others accounts?
If I understood correctly the leader and each of followers has to be different account?

4 different accounts.
Leader should be high level, e.g. lv 60 - 70, followers will level up from level 1.

leader account starts fine.
follower get: "maximum number of sessions reached. it could be some of your licenses had already expired."

Do I need 2 account and 2 licenses to level?

yes, u buy license only for one account at a time..
