I go to rift and When killing the boss does not pick bloody fragments!

is that your blood shards count reaches the limit of 500? |

yes I mean them. Character kills the boss and does not collect the pieces and just teleport to the city and completes rift. in very rare cases it collects lood shards. 2/10

maybe cuz your blood shards are full ?
Have u put the bot to spend bloodshards around 100 ? - If not, maybe thats why.. |

go through the settings again, and make sure you have pick up blood shards activated. (its should be checked in the box)
try reinstall the bot. |

yes cuz it works really fine for me..
few settings you should CHECK! General setting - "Delay After Killing Elites (ms) put it to 600" Loot settings - in the "Other Items" make sure everything is Checked.. Other settings - Make sure Pick Blood Shards is checked aswell |
