You mean blood shards?
is that your blood shards count reaches the limit of 500?

yes I mean them. Character kills the boss and does not collect the pieces and just teleport to the city and completes rift. in very rare cases it collects lood shards. 2/10

maybe cuz your blood shards are full ?
Have u put the bot to spend bloodshards around 100 ?
- If not, maybe thats why..

go through the settings again, and make sure you have pick up blood shards activated. (its should be checked in the box)
try reinstall the bot.

yes cuz it works really fine for me..
few settings you should CHECK!
General setting - "Delay After Killing Elites (ms) put it to 600"
Loot settings - in the "Other Items" make sure everything is Checked..
Other settings - Make sure Pick Blood Shards is checked aswell
